This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Chrono Pulse application and governs how we collect, use, and protect data generated through your use of this App. This policy does not apply to any other product or application developed by Shree Astrology. We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA - India), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. What Information Chrono Pulse Collects
We collect only the information necessary to provide the features of Chrono Pulse to you.
A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and GST details.
- Business Profile Data: Company branding, address, pricing, and service details you configure within the App.
- Client (End User) Data: Names, phone numbers, and conversation history of your customers that you import or collect within the App.
- Financial Data: Payment method details for wallet top-ups and subscriptions (processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details).
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction logs within Chrono Pulse.
- Device and Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Error Logs: Crash reports and error traces used to debug and improve the App.
C. Information from Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party accounts to Chrono Pulse, we receive data from those platforms as described in Section 3 below.
2. How Chrono Pulse Uses Your Information
We use the information collected within Chrono Pulse solely for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the App: Account authentication, feature delivery, and dashboard functionality.
- To process payments: Wallet top-ups and subscriptions via Razorpay.
- To send transactional emails: OTPs, account alerts, and payment receipts via Zoho Mail SMTP.
- To improve the App: Analyzing usage patterns to enhance features and fix bugs.
- To generate AI-assisted content: Passing data to Google Gemini to generate documents and consultation notes at your request.
- To comply with legal obligations: Responding to lawful requests from government authorities.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.
3. Third-Party Integrations & API Data
A. Google API Services (Google Calendar & Gemini AI)
Chrono Pulse requests access to your Google Calendar and uses the Google Gemini AI engine.
- Google Calendar Access: We access your Google Calendar solely to read existing events, check your availability, and create new appointment entries on your behalf from within Chrono Pulse.
- What We Store: Only event metadata (event IDs, times, and participant details) needed to display your schedule in the App's dashboard.
- Gemini AI: Content you submit for AI generation (e.g., consultation notes, invoice parsing) is sent to Google Gemini and returned to you. We do not use this content to train AI models.
- Limited Use Compliance: Chrono Pulse's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, selling, or any purpose unrelated to providing Chrono Pulse features directly to you.
B. Meta (WhatsApp Business & Instagram)
When you connect your Meta Business account via the Embedded Signup flow within Chrono Pulse:
- We receive an access token that allows the App to send and receive messages on your behalf via Meta's official Cloud APIs.
- Conversation messages between you and your End Users are stored securely in our database to provide the unified inbox experience.
- We do not use your or your clients' WhatsApp/Instagram data for advertising.
- You may revoke our access at any time from your Meta Business Settings.
C. Razorpay (Payments)
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. Chrono Pulse does not store, log, or have access to your full payment card details.
- By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
4. End User Data — Your Responsibility as Data Fiduciary
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA):
- You (the Tenant/business using Chrono Pulse) are the "Data Fiduciary" for all personal data belonging to your clients (End Users) that is stored within the App.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining lawful consent from your End Users before collecting their phone numbers, names, or other personal data through Chrono Pulse.
- You are responsible for responding to your End Users' requests to access, correct, or delete their data.
- Shree Astrology acts as a "Data Processor" on your behalf only and processes End User data solely as instructed by your use of the App's features.
5. Data Sharing
We share your data only in the following circumstances:

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your data with any advertising networks, data brokers, or unauthorized third parties.
6. Data Security
We implement the following technical and organizational measures to protect your data within Chrono Pulse:
- Encryption in Transit: All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data is encrypted at the database level.
- Access Controls: Only authorized systems and personnel can access production data.
- Row-Level Security (RLS): Your business data is strictly isolated from other tenants using database-level policies.
However, no system can be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from factors beyond our control.
7. Data Retention

8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights regarding your personal data within Chrono Pulse:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Right to Data Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Disconnect any third-party integration (Google Calendar, Meta) at any time from your Account Settings, immediately revoking our access.
- Right to Raise a Grievance: Under India's DPDPA, you may file a complaint with our Grievance Officer (Section 11 below).
9. Cookies and Tracking
Chrono Pulse uses minimal session cookies required for authentication and security purposes only. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising cookies, or analytics tracking across third-party websites.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Chrono Pulse evolves. Changes will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Chrono Pulse after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
